Prior to launching Warehouse Reset, David built and operated a high-end home maintenance business, where he developed a reputation for operational reliability, strong client communication, and executing complex projects under tight timelines. Through his experience with large-scale property transitions, he recognized the need for a more structured and scalable approach within the industrial sector.
Today, David leads Warehouse Reset with a focus on process-driven execution, contractor coordination, and CRE-aligned service standards. He works closely with brokers, property managers, and asset owners to reduce downtime, eliminate uncertainty, and ensure spaces are delivered in rent-ready condition.
John Bilotto — Operations Advisor
John Bilotto serves as an Operations Advisor to Warehouse Reset and will transition into an operations leadership role as the company expands. He brings experience in project coordination, logistics, and operational management, with a focus on building repeatable systems that support efficient field execution.
In his advisory role, John works closely with Warehouse Reset to develop workflows, vendor standards, and scalable operating procedures. His efforts help ensure consistency across projects and position the company for multi-market growth.
His long-term focus will include overseeing field operations, managing contractor networks, and maintaining execution standards as Warehouse Reset expands nationally.
Amandia Jeschke — Permits & Compliance Coordinator
Amandia Jeschke supports Warehouse Reset’s project execution by coordinating permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements associated with warehouse lease exit work.
She works directly with local municipalities and inspection authorities to help ensure projects remain compliant and on schedule. Her responsibilities include managing permit applications, tracking inspection timelines, and supporting documentation required for project closeout.
